Dear Friends,

In keeping with our reputation for outstanding new American cuisine, we are pleased to introduce a new package of casual reception menus, ideal for a wedding brunch, informal buffet, or cocktail reception. If your event is a wedding, you may substitute one of our house-made wedding cakes for the listed dessert

We've detailed these menus in an "a la carte" fashion, allowing you to tailor the staff and equipment to your needs. This gives you the flexibility of hosting an at-home celebration using your own china, glassware and linens, or the option of having us take care of all the details at any one of our beautiful sites.

These new menus feature dishes that require less preparation time and/or less expensive ingredients than our traditional menu packages, so we can pass our savings on to you. Further, we offer a 10% discount for events held on non-peak months. You'll spend less at your next catered affair, but your guests will still enjoy the beautiful presentation and freshest and finest cuisine of Jeffrey Miller Catering.
